1 package (5-oz) Mahatma authentic Spanish rice

1 1/2 cup Boiling water

Combine and cook in Black & Decker Handi-Steamer until done, about 40 minutes. (My 13-year-old son loved this, and was happy to find out it was a mix and could therefore be duplicated.)
