Spanish Style Liver
Ingredients
2 lb Sliced beef or calves liver

4 slice Bacon -- cut in half

1/2 cup Carrot -- chopped

1/2 cup Celery -- chopped

1 Small onion -- sliced

1 lb Stewed tomatoes

1 tsp Salt

1/8 tsp Pepper

1 Bay leaf

Preparation
Place liver in slow-cooking pot. Arrange bacon on top. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over liver. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Remove bay leaf.
