1 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 lb Chicken, boneless & cubed
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 Green or red pepper, chopped
2 Celery stalks, sliced
1 tbsp Chili powder
1 can Tomatoes (14 oz)
2 cup Water
2 Knorr chicken bouillon cubes
2 cup Pasta, small shells

In a large skillet heat oil over med-high heat; add chicken and garlic, cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned. Add onion, cook and stir 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, add pasta. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes or until pasta is cooked. |
