Ingredients
1 1/2 tsp Chili powder

1 tsp Garlic

1/2 tsp Oregano, dried

1/4 tsp Cumin
Preparation
Combine all ingredients. Use to season tender beef steaks or roasts.

This recipe makes enough to season two pounds of meat.
