Southwestern Marinade
Ingredients
1/3 cup Lime juice

1/3 cup Olive oil

2 tbsp Tequila

2 tbsp Chopped fresh cilantro

1 medium Glove garlic, minced

1 small Jalapeno pepper, chopped

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

Preparation
Combine all ingredients.

Pour over peeled jumbo shrimp or soft-shelled crab and refrigerate 2 hours before grilling.

Brush marinade on while grilling.
