Spread with Jalapeno Pepper

2 cup Cottage cheese
6 Eggs,beaten
1/2 cup Picante sauce
1/4 cup Margarine or butter,melted
1/4 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Seasoned salt
1 can (12 oz) whole kernel corn
With sweet peppers,drained
Picante sauce,
Sour cream
Avocado slices

In a large bowl,combine ingredients;mix well.
Pour into a greased 12 x 8' baking dish.Bake @ 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.Top with additional picante sauce, sour cream and avocado slices,if desired.
Makes 4 to 6 servings. |
