FOR BEEF

1 Garlic clove, crushed

1 tsp Seasoned pepper

1 tsp Ground dried mild chiles

1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper

1 tsp Seasoned salt

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until smooth. Makes about 2 Tbsp.
