South-Of-The-Border Salsa
Ingredients
3 large Tomatoes -- coarsely

Chopped

1 small Onion -- finely diced

2 Cloves garlic -- minced

Juice of 2 limes

1 Jalapeno chile -- minced

1 tsp Salt

1 bunch Cilantro -- minced

Preparation
In a medium bowl, stir together tomatoes, onion, garlic, lime juice, chile, salt, and cilantro. Let rest for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Makes 3-1/2 cups.
