Salsa Fria Verde (Uncooked Green Chile S
Ingredients
4 Tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped

1/2 cup Minced onion

1/2 cup Minced celery

1/4 cup Minced green pepper

1/4 cup Olive oil

3 tbsp Chopped green chiles ( heat to taste)

1 tsp Mustard seed

1 tsp Ground coriander

1 tsp Salt

1 dash Pepper

Preparation
Combine ingredients, cover and chill for several hours. Serve as a dip for tortilla chips or as a sauce for other dishes. Makes 6 cups.
