Ingredients

1 can Dark red kidney beans

1 small Onion

3 tbsp Ketchup

1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper

each Herb Salt

each Fresh-ground black pepper

78 each *cals

6 each *gm dietary fiber

1/2 each *gm fat

456 each *mg sodium

Preparation
Blend the above ingredients in a food processor, adding more ketchup if needed for desired consistency. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
