Exotic Tamales - Part 4 Of 7 - Masa Harina Mixture
Ingredients
1 cup Butter

1 cup MASA HARINA

1/2 cup Milk or chicken broth

1 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp Garlic salt

Pepper

Dried corn husks that have been soaked in hot water
Preparation
Cream together the first 6 ingredients. Make 1 recipe for each of the Prawn and Duck Rillettes Tamales.
