Chile Con Queso #04
Ingredients
1 can Minced green chiles

8 oz Cheddar cheese (approx)

1 can Campbells cream of chicken soup (use the concentrated and don't add water!)

Preparation
I know, cream of chicken soup? Yes, cream of chicken soup. Mix the above ingredients together in a saucepan and gently heat until the cheese is melted and the ingredients are well mixed. Eat it with chips or use it as thick enchillada sauce. This stuff is addictive. If you like it a little hotter, toss in a can of minced jalepenos.
