Chile Con Queso #02
Ingredients
2 lb Velveeta cheese

1 large Onion, chopped

1 Green pepper, chopped

1 can (16-oz) tomato sauce

1 can (4-oz) chopped green chiles

1/4 lb Margarine or butter

3 Fresh Jalapeno chiles, diced

Preparation
Saute onion & green pepper in butter or margarine. Melt cheese in top of double boiler. Add remaining ingredients to cheese. Cover & cook 1 hour, stirring often. Serve hot with fritos.
