Avocado Sauce
Ingredients
2 Avocados, preferably Haas

1/2 bunch Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped

1/2 small Red onion, finely chopped

3 Jalapeno chiles, stemmed, seeded and Finely Diced

1 medium Tomato, seeded and finely Diced

1 Lime, juiced

4 tbsp Olive oil

1 tsp Coarse salt

1/2 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground

Preparation
Cut the avocados into quarters.

Remove the seeds, peel and place in a mixing bowl. Mash with a potato masher or fork.

Add the remaining ingredients and beat with a fork to mix thoroughly.
