Ingredients

1 gal Whole peeled tomatoes

1 large Onion, chopped

1 tbsp Garlic, granulated

1 tbsp Salt

1 1/2 lb Fresh jalapenos

1/2 cup Chile pequin

1 oz Fresh cilantro

Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Let marinate for several hours. Enjoy.
