Santa Fe Wine and Chile Fiesta

The 13th Annual Wine and Chile Fiesta is here again on September 24 - 28, 2003.

This event takes place in the span of 5 days with a number of events to choose from. There are seminars, luncheons, cooking demonstrations/classes, wine tastings, a golf scramble with wine and food served every third hole. (I wonder how these scores will be) and winemaker dinners.

They take place at different restaurants, a cooking school, a historical museum, a golf club, and at the Santa Fe Opera grounds.

Local chefs and wine experts as well as visiting vineyard representatives and chefs all contribute to this destined to be world renowned event.

Some of the events sell out quickly and so making reservations are a must. The website with all the specifics and reservation opportunities is www.santafewineandchile.org

On the site too you will find the winemaker dinners and the restaurants hosting them listed and the vineyard they are choosing to represent.

Some of the restaurants also offer links to their site with the menu offering with the wines. You must call for reservations and any questions can be answered then as well.
