The Blue Heron specializes in natural and organic cooking that is light, satisfying and healthy. There is a focus on locally grown produce, which includes the produce and herbs grown in the gardens of Sunrise Springs
Some of the examples of the dishes available for brunch are:
Pinon encrusted chicken, grilled filet medallions, sautéed scallops and shrimp, eggs benedict, blueberry buckwheat pancakes and omelets created to your specifications.
Soup and salad accompany all meals.
A visit to the dessert table is the crowning touch of this lovely meal.
